USNA is permitted by the State of California to manufacture equipment for the state's notaries, as of December 2001.
Please fax a copy of your Certificate of Authorization with your order to 800-707-7075. Then, please mail your original Certificate of Authorization to us at:

Please note, USNA is not permitted by California Law to ship your order until we have your original Authorization. This is because your actual stamp and seal image must be placed on the original document and sent to the state by the manufacturer.
The faxed copy of your Authorization will allow us to create your equipment while we are waiting for your original Authorization. Your equipment will be shipped as soon as we have the Authorization.
