By law [41-321(A)], USNA must retain the photocopy of your notarial commission for the length of your commission (four years). We will ship your equipment as soon as we receive the faxed copy of your notarial commission.

By law [NDCC 44-06-04], USNA must have your original Certificate of Authorization to ship your order. The faxed copy of your Certificate will allow us to create your equipment while we are waiting for your original to arrive. Your equipment will be shipped as soon as we have the original Certificate.

USNA is permitted by the State of California to manufacture equipment for the state's notaries, as of December 2001.

By law [O.C.G.A 45-17-6(b)], USNA must receive the state-issued duplicate of your certificate of appointment before we can release your equipment. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the state-issued duplicate of your certificate of appointment.

Pennsylvania law does not permit the use of the following stamps or seals:

• Commission Expiration Rubber Stamp (Knob-Style) - (Item No. 3404)

Utah state law requires that your official notarial seal use purple ink.

USNA will produce your seal with purple ink, and we also offer purple ink refills.
